Three companies are scaling up their organisations and will need to recruit.
- We are happy with how they have grown so far and now we will extend their teams to take their products and services to even higher levels, says Tobias Norrfors, partner at Unboxx.
For example, Photon Sports has developed tracking technology, used to measure the physical performance of athletes, that is enjoying great success. In December, the Umeå company signed an agreement with OBOS Damallsvenskan to make the technology available to all teams in the league, and, as a result, Photon Sports is now looking for new client-facing employees. Similarly, Converte, because of their success with their digital marketing services that improve customer results in social media and Google ads, are looking to add expertise. Thanks to their unique expertise, and many years of experience in data-focused, conversion-driven digital marketing, analysis, and distribution, Converte have added as clients several of Sweden's most demanding e-retailers and companies. Now they are looking for two or three more new talents for their offices in Stockholm and Skellefteå. Finally, Lyftkroken's unique lifting devices, which contribute to a better and safer working environment in the construction industry, have broad global potential, which is only just now being tapped. To help accelerate this expansion, the Skellefteå company is currently undergoing a rebranding which will, among other things, include a name change. The company also plans to recruit a CEO who can lead the drive for international investment and the search for new markets and market share.
