Digital marketing agency Converte has been acquired by Unboxx, an incubator and accelerator which TV commentator and former football star Hanna Marklund recently joined as a partner. With the acquisition, Unboxx strengthens its offer to help digital startups develop their business.
“With Converte, we add unique expertise in digital marketing, analysis and distribution,” says Anders Tånger, partner at Unboxx, “The acquisition is part of our ambition to become a leader when it comes to helping growth-oriented companies to scale up digitally.”
Converte specializes in conversion-driven digital marketing with a special focus on the distribution chain. The customer list includes Ragdoll LA, Chimi, Boardeaser, Grenke, A Part of the Art and several companies that are part of the sphere at Unboxx.
“Optimization and analysis are key factors for anyone looking to grow their business. That is exactly the core of Converte´s offering. More and more industries are going digital so the timing for this move is ideal,” says Anders Tånger.
Converte will continue to operate as a separate company with offices in Skellefteå and Stockholm. From Unboxx, Anders Tånger steps as chairman of the board and Johan Schiller steps in as a member. Viktor Lundgren, digital specialist and CEO of Converte, believes that the deal will help the company take the next step.

The acquisition of Converte is the beginning of an expansive phase for Unboxx.se where, among others, Hanna Marklund has stepped in as a new partner. The latest addition to the portfolio of companies is photonsports.se.
